How can I place sell order when DDPI is not updated?

In case DDPI is not active, The eDIS is used.

Follow the below steps

Go to Portfolio, then Holdings.
For all the users whose DDPI is not active, will find a CTA "Authorize on CDSL before selling".
Post authorization you can sell the shares which are there in holdings.
