How can I unfreeze my online access?

  1. Log in to the mobile application or web and request to unfreeze.
  2. Authenticate yourself by entering your Demat account details, Trading ID/Login ID, PAN, and Date of Birth.
  3. An OTP will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
  4. Upon successful OTP authentication, your online access will be unfrozen immediately.
  5. An email confirmation will be sent to you.
