How do I place a book profit order on HDFC Sky?
Book profit order is a combination of good till triggered (GTT) and one cancels the other (OCO) order. On HDFC Sky, book profit order is only available when you are taking a short position. This can be used to set targets and stop losses.
You can place a book profit order where you can set a stop-loss and target trigger. When either of the triggers is hit, the order is placed at the exchange and the other trigger gets cancelled.
As you can see in the screenshot above, you need to enter the stop-loss trigger and sell price, along with the target trigger and sell price.
