Why are the funds added through net banking via SKY not reflecting in the SKY account?

Why are the funds added through net banking via SKY not reflecting in the SKY account?

- If the money is debited from the bank account and is not reflecting in the SKY account, the transaction may be pending at the bank.

- It will reflect in the SKY account within 24 working hours or the amount will be refunded back to the bank account.

- If neither of these has happened, please create a ticket and SKY will revert shortly.
